What parts are included in the kit?
Lip kits include a front air dam, side skirts (Left & Right), and rear skirt. Fascia kits include a front bumper replacement fascia, side skirts (Left & Right), rear bumper replacement fascia, door panels, fenders etc are included where applicable. Wings, hoods, grilles, exhausts etc are not included in the kit price.Carbon parts are NOT full carbon but carbon backed with fiberglass.

HOW DO I CHECK MY SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order has processed you will be emailed a sales order before we start production so you can DOUBLE check everything is correct.Once your order has shipped from our facility you will be emailed a copy of your PAID invoice. On the right side below your address is a box showing the freight carrier and a tracking number.Go to the trucking Companies web site, enter the tracking number and you will be able to find where and when delivery is scheduled.

HOW DO I GET A SHIPPING COST?
For Continental USA customers add the part number you would like to order to the shopping cart,check out, add your zip code and it will calculate the shipping quote to a residential address. If you are ordering more than one item you will need to email your order directly. The web site will NOT calculate two orders, alternatively order the two items separately. Shipping outside the continental USA will need to be requested by email. We now have good rates to Hawaii

DO WE HAVE WORLD WIDE DEALERS?
We currently have dealers in Belgium, Puerto Rico and Japan. Email us for their contact information.

How do I order a product if I am not in the Continental USA?(ESPECIALLY HAWAII,AUSTRALIA & CANADA!!)
EMAIL us your detailed full shipping address,including your phone number, if this is a residential or business address and what item number you would like to purchase.Canadian customs must be handled by you. We can not ship to BOX numbers.We will Email you a sales order for your approval and payment. We only accept Paypal, Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Australia and New Zealand shipping is very expensive, An alternative is for you, the buyer to use www.myus.com/nz/ or www.myus.com/au/

Is your body kit easy to install? Can I do it myself?
We spend a great amount of time in the R&D department to make sure our production pieces fit well, and are installer friendly. Though our components are the easiest to install, not everyone can do it. We recommend that you have your installation performed at a professional body shop.Our fiberglass parts are shipped with a black or white gelcoat finish and urethane parts are black. Parts will need to be painted to match your vehicle. Please consult a local body shop in your area. We do not paint parts at our manufacturing facility.

How long does shipping take?
All Kaminari components are made to order. Once your order is placed, the parts are put into production. Your order should be ready to ship within 40-50 working days, but some orders(CARBON FIBER) will take longer to fulfill. Depending on where your order is going to, transit time can be 5-7 working days in the continental US.Call or email us for shipments outside the US lower 48 States. Freight companies are rapidly increasing the FUEL surcharge, which is pushing UP freight costs
