Lifetime Limited Warranty

All products manufactured by Kaminari Aerodynamics are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Kaminari will repair or replace, at its option, any Kaminari part that has been determined to have failed due to defective workmanship or materials.

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Failure of the product due to improper installation or maintenance, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs.
• Labor for removal or replacement, shipping, towing or transportation charges.
• Damage to related components.
• Costs incurred due to loss of use of vehicle.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Products used for racing.

Implied Warranties

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties express or implied. Any warranties implied by law are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty, except in those states where prohibited by law.
